Why did you apply for the Master of Land and Water Systems?

Land and water are the materials on which human beings depend for survival. However, many countries are facing the problem of shortage of these resources nowadays, so I would like to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and improve the polluted soil through this program to achieve the purpose of sustainable development

What are you most excited about learning in the MLWS program?

I am very interested in soil science, because almost all plants need soil to grow, and it contains tons of materials like water, elements, nutrition, etc. It is so attractive to me that I look forward to doing research.

What are some of your favourite hobbies?

I am very interested in photography, and I really like to shoot by my phone because it is so convenient. I also like hiking, I could encounter very beautiful scenery and take photos to capture the fleeting moments. Meanwhile, it is a good way for me to get relaxed from the study and work. In addition, I like watching movies, especially the documentaries, because by watching these films, I could gain some new knowledge.
