Why did you apply for the Master of Land and Water Systems?

I’m pretty interested in environmental science and especially the interaction between land and water. To deal with most environmental issues, I have to handle many techniques and learn about relationships between policy and management of land and water resources. The Master of Land and Water Systems offers me a higher platform and I can truly approach the crucial details about the management of land and water system which enable me deeply understand the importance of our actions to protect nature.

What are you most excited about learning in the MLWS program?

I’m excited about the learning soil management and process because I had little chance to attach this area during my undergraduate study and through my experience about sampling in Xiong An new district, I noticed that taking action to protect soil resources is pivotal and necessary.

What are some of your favourite hobbies?

I’m a big basketball fan and my favorite star is Lebron James. I often play basketball with my friends and make many friends on the court. I also enjoy music especially the band. I used to travel lots of cities in China for seeing live shows. Creep (redhead) is my favourite song.
